My name is Adam, and I’m the owner of Iron Oak Contracting Inc. I started this business with a focus on doing exterior work the right way and with attention to detail, quality materials, and craftsmanship that lasts.

Over the years we’ve noticed that many homes today end up looking very similar, especially when standard pre-manufactured trims and finishing pieces are used. While these products serve a purpose, they are designed to work for a wide range of homes rather than being tailored to one specific project. When generic products are paired with our experience and custom fabrication, however, they can be transformed into something far more refined. By fabricating many trims and finishing pieces on the brake specifically for each home, we’re able to ensure proper fitment while adding subtle detail and character. The goal is always to deliver a clean, professional finish while bringing a level of craftsmanship that helps each home stand out.

A big part of the work we do involves custom fabrication. Many of the trims, fascias, caps, and finishing pieces used on our projects are made on the brake to fit each home exactly, rather than relying solely on generic pre-manufactured pieces. This allows us to achieve clean lines, better fitment, and a finished product that truly complements the home.

We also focus on using high-quality materials like 26-gauge steel, which provides a stronger and cleaner finish compared to lighter materials that can oil can or warp over time.

For us, every project is about pride in the finished result. We treat every home like it’s our own and take the time to make sure the details are right. From custom fascia and soffit work to garage door capping, post and beam finishing, and exterior trim work, the goal is always the same and deliver work that looks great and lasts for years.
